It&#8217;s often a better strategy for roles that may be hard to fill or that require more specialized candidates.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"talent-sourcing-strategies-to-hire-best-fit-employees\"><\/span>Talent Sourcing Strategies to Hire Best-Fit Employees<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>There are many different strategies a recruiter might use to find and hire best-fit potential employees.<\/p>\n<p>Traditionally, this was done with phone calls and emails, but as we have moved to a more digitally enabled world, many recruiters are turning to social networking to find these candidates.<\/p>\n<p>The most common platform used for this purpose is LinkedIn, but there are many recruiters that have also taken to Twitter, Facebook, and even Instagram in the elusive hunt for these often passive candidates.<\/p>\n<p>A lot of recruiters have realized the power of Google when it comes to finding candidates. When you combine Google search operators with LinkedIn, you can surface even more candidates.
