Acting as a watchdog, it ensures that workers\u2019 rights are met by their employer and that the employees are not only aware of their rights but also that they understand and can make the most of them.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"what-is-the-role-of-a-benefits-administrator\"><\/span>What Is the Role of a Benefits Administrator?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A benefits administrator is a role that is usually part of the human resources department of a business.
