Copying Last Week’s Schedule

If you’d like to copy last week’s schedule to this week you can do so from the tools menu. Click Tools -> Copy Previous Week. You will then see the previous week’s schedule get loaded into week you are looking at. When the shifts are copied they are automatically unpublished. You will need to make sure to publish them when you want them to be visible to your employees.

Creating Schedule Templates

If you have a schedule that you’d like to save for future use you can create a template from it. To create a template click on Tools -> Create Week Template. You will then see a pop-up form like this:

Give your template a name and add a description so you can remember what shifts are in the template. This will take a snapshot of your schedule and you can then apply it to any other week.

Loading Schedule Templates

To load a schedule template just click on Tools -> Load Week Template. You will then see a pop-up like the one below. You can select which template you want to load.
