Common questions

How does the free plan work?

The free plan is 100% free! You can create schedules online and share them with your team. With the free plan, you can schedule in advance as far as you'd like, but schedules in the past are archived.

Are there any limits on the number of users I can have in ZoomShift?

No. We do not restrict the number of users you can add to ZoomShift. ZoomShift performs best with less than 100 users per organization. If you have more than 100 users, we recommend adding multiple organizations. Contact us for more information about setting this up.

What is an active user in ZoomShift?

An active user is a non-archived person in ZoomShift. You can archive team members to disable their account and adjust your subscription. Our system prorates the price as you add and remove users, so you only pay for what you use.

What happens when I sign up?

When you sign up for ZoomShift, you are automatically placed into the paid 'Scheduling' plan. You will have full access to all features for 14 days. After 14 days, you will have the option to continue with a paid plan, or downgrade to the free plan.

Are there any long-term commitments or cancellation fees?

No. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. We'll never charge a cancellation fee or ask you to sign a minimum contract.

How do you bill for paid plans?

We offer monthly and annual billing. Your subscription is calculated based on the number of non-archived users in your account. You can pay by credit card or ACH online.

What if I only need ZoomShift for part of the year?

In this case, you can simply pause your subscription for the months you don’t need ZoomShift. Once you need ZoomShift again you can reactivate your subscription and all of your data will be exactly how you left it.

Do you offer non-profit or franchise discounts?

While we don't have specific discounts for non-profits or educational organizations, we are always open to finding a price that will work best for your organization. Contact us and we can chat about it.

Do you offer an annual plan?

Yes, our annual plan gives you one month free! Annual plans are billed up front and prorated based on the number of active users in your account.
