Do any of the plans have team member or location limits?

Yes. Essential plan restrict the number of team members or locations you can add.

What exactly is an "active team member?"

An active Team Member Spot refers to the number of Active Team Members you want to utilize ZoomShift. This includes Managers, Team Members, and Employees. At any time, you can choose to increase these spots, or decrease them, by lowering the number of Active Team Members and the spots they were occupying.

What happens when I start a free trial?

When you sign up for ZoomShift, you have full access to all features for 14 days. After 14 days, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the software.

Do you offer an annual plan?

Yes, we do! Also, if you choose to pay annually you will receive a discount. For more details on this discount check out the plans above.

Are there any long-term commitments or cancellation fees?

No. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. We'll never charge a cancellation fee or ask you to sign a minimum contract.

How do you bill for paid plans?

You control the number of active team member spots you're paying for. You can change this quantity at anytime and your subscription will be prorated. We accept all major credit cards.

What if I only need ZoomShift for part of the year?

No sweat! You can simply pause your subscription for the months you don’t need ZoomShift. Once you need ZoomShift again you can reactivate your subscription and all of your data will be exactly how you left it.

Do you offer non-profit or franchise discounts?
