Do any of the plans have team member or location limits?

Nope. We do not restrict the number of team members or locations you can add.

What exactly is an "active team member?"

An active team member is any person in your organization that has been added to ZoomShift. This includes managers, supervisors, and employees. You can archive team members and they aren't counted towards your subscription.

What happens when I start a free trial?

When you sign up for ZoomShift, you have full access to all features for 14 days. After 14 days, you have the option to select a paid plan, or continue for free on the Essentials plan.

Do you offer an annual plan?

Yes, we do! Also, if you choose to pay annually you will receive a discount. For more details on this discount check out the plans above.

Are there any long-term commitments or cancellation fees?

No. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. We'll never charge a cancellation fee or ask you to sign a minimum contract.

How do you bill for paid plans?

You control the number of active team member spots you're paying for. You can change this quantity at anytime and your subscription will be prorated. We accept all major credit cards.

What if I only need ZoomShift for part of the year?

No sweat! You can simply pause your subscription for the months you don’t need ZoomShift. Once you need ZoomShift again you can reactivate your subscription and all of your data will be exactly how you left it.

Do you offer non-profit or franchise discounts?

While we don't have specific discounts for non-profits or educational organizations, we are always open to finding a price that will work best for your organization. Contact us and we can chat about it.
