Frequently Asked Questions

How does the 14-day free trial work?

After you create an account, you get instant access to all ZoomShift features for 14 days. You will not be charged anything unless you decide to keep your account open.

What if I only need ZoomShift for part of the year?

In this case, you can simply pause your subscription for the months you don’t need ZoomShift. Once you need ZoomShift again you can reactivate your subscription and all of your data will be exactly how you left it.

Are there any long-term commitments or cancellation fees?

No. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. We'll never charge a cancellation fee or ask you to sign a minimum contract.

What happens at the end of the trial?

The ZoomShift support team will email you before your trial expires. You can choose if you would like to keep your account open. Your trial account will become your permanent account (all of your customizations, data, and actions remain intact).

Do you offer non-profit or franchise discounts?

While we don't have specific discounts for non-profits or educational organizations, we are always open to finding a price that will work best for your oranization. Contact us and we can chat about it.

How will you bill me?

We offer both monthly and annual billing. You can pay by credit card online.

Can my employees access ZoomShift?

Yes. This is one of the most valuable parts of our software. Your employees can login from anywhere at anytime and make availability requests, view their shifts, and submit shift trades.
